Things venue owners ask before signing up

Do I need to buy iPads or new hardware?

No. KefiQR runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop your staff already owns. The floor plan, drawer, and order entry all work in Safari and Chrome.

Do my customers need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR with their phone's built-in camera and the menu opens in their browser. No app download, no signup, no friction.

What if my WiFi drops mid-service?

Pending orders queue locally and submit automatically when the connection is back. Customers see a 'pending' state instead of a hard error.

Can I keep my existing card terminal?

Yes. KefiQR doesn't process payments. Your existing terminal (Viva Wallet, NBG, Alpha Bank, whatever) keeps doing what it does today. We just add the QR-ordering and kitchen-dispatch layer on top.

How long does setup take for 15 tables?

About 30 minutes. Print the QR sheet from /admin/qrcodes, stick them on the tables, link your Telegram bot, import your menu (CSV or paste). Done.
